I do take Vitamin D as well as magnesium…my two musts! I am heading to Peru soon and looking to bring bars and such to have as easy snacks. I need to stock up on great ones! I like to take Bone Up. I also take fish oil, but never tried cod oil. Will need to do some investigating on that one. One of my favorite drinks to get during training is tart cherry juice. It helps reduce inflammation and soreness, especially after long runs. The chocolate is so much better. I never could get behind the regular Amazing Grass— way to grassy— but this stuff is tasty!

I had a great experience there! The employees were friendly, personable, and not pushy at all! I love it. They get cold and a little more chewy but they are the perfect pre or post-workout snack and so refreshing. Sometimes I just eat them as snack. By far, my favorite supplement is Progenex Recovery. I take it after most crossfit workouts or after long runs, and I love it. Most protein powders make me feel junky or bloated, but Progenex is x better.
I love honey stinger chews! Especially the pink lemonade flavor and fruit smoothie flavor. We also use them when we are hiking or camping for an easy to carry burst of energy. I used to eat them daily until they started hurting my stomach from all the fiber! Now I just eat them on occasion which is good for my wallet too haha.
Garden of Life RAW protein is my go-to protein powder. I really need to try some jerky already! That bacon sounds good! The green superfoods definitely sounds something I will try out. I am interested in trying the Smores and Brownie. I was going to get the Quest Bars for my hubby but they have Sucralose Splenda.
