Great location for old Town visit, in walking distance for city shrine and fresh market. Friendly staff, good location, clean and very large rooms. Economical hotel in very good position for night market and to catch ferry to Koh Samui.
Fast ferry 7k away but easy and cheap to catch local transport to terminal. Hotel does not provide breakfast however a number of places to eat very close by. This hotel was very adequate for a stopover if waiting for a flight.

Hotel is in the central city of Suratthani that we can walk to eat many food all day. Near Tapi river 3 mins walk. Near panthip transport. Hotel is very clean, nice, quiet, by renovate. We like. I stayed at cbd hotel for one night just to get some rest and get to the airport , after my holiday at Kho pangan. The hotel was very clean n very nice. Around 5 pm I start walking around 5 min and reach to the night market, had lots of local food there, and from there another two min walk to the coliseum, it's a mall.

Following day get assistance from the reception to book a taxi to airport was baht 30min journey Was a good stay. Good location. Few metre from night market. Plenty of cheap nice food there. WE only stayed there one night to catch or flight. The hotel is clean and had nice large rooms. In general it actually exceeded my expectations. There are 2 night markets around which is a nice experience. Overall I am happy to recommend this place and a good choice. We are booking 3 rooms for 1 night, the location just m from night market, the massage spa just opposite to the hotel, two shopping center nearby this hotel. The rooms was clean and big, the hot shower running not so good. It wasnt simple.
