I was hoping it would help with some anxiety. Maybe just feel more calm. It doesn't seem to be helping very much. Too bad the top is defective and leaks the oil out wasting the product when I shake it up. It has continued to get worse over the past weeks and very messy. Also, the top never fit back on tightly after I broke the initial seal which makes me think it's really cheap plastic. This all started because their website was giving me an error during checkout.

I immediately called them and explained the situation. I spoke to a guy there that said the website acts weird sometimes and that happens. He assured me that he would escalate my issue and someone would contact me in 48 hours.

No response so I reached out to Premium Jane on Instagram under their post. Again they replied and said someone would reach out to me within 72 hours, again no reply. Once I again I replied to the post on Instagram, they replied back asking for my email address. A few days passed and still no reply again.

At this point I should have just dropped it and taken the hint that this company is disorganized and does not follow through on what they say. So at this point both social media and a phone call has failed me I decided to email them.

I have never received a response telling me, I should have basically been psychic and reached out via email and known they would refund me the difference. This is more of a problem than a agent or two. This a company and culture problem. I will not support Premium Jane again and I will share my experiences with other friends and family members that have used them prior. We sincerely apologize for the delayed response.
