What do you think? Share your review. Jennifer L. Our recent experience was so awful, we felt we needed to share our experience so others will think twice about trusting them with their dog. My husband specifically requested that the coat not be too short requesting at least an inch in length.
He specifically said "do not shave her! Totally ridiculous! I was so upset and our dog was too. She has been nervous and scratching for the past 2 weeks, not to mention cold in this frigid winter air. This groomer was rushed in our opinion and it was obviously easier and faster to shave.
She accused us of being a "bad dog owner" - which was doubly mean and untrue! If she did not want to do what we requested, she or the store manager should have called us and we would have come to get her. The groomer had a chance to say one way or another when she met our dog and said nothing of her intention to shave. Unprofessional, mean and rude. I cannot stress enough how upsetting the whole experience was.

Paige does a fantastic job Grooming, and when scheduling they try to be flexible, offering to call if they have a cancellation so you can get in quicker. When you open the door and walk in, it smells like a bakery It is such a convenient location. It is close to some of my favorite restaurants, making it easy for me to stop by a grab a few treats for my fur-babies. As all locations, they have an amazing selection of freshly made in house treats.
The store is offering curbside pickup and delivery of pet food, treats and toys to make it easier for pet owners around the St. Louis area amid the current stay-at-home order.
