The company that produced the product is based in Colorado and appeared to be legitimate, she said, so she was shocked when she failed the drug test.
Elizabeth has been in touch with Mr. Conrad, but he is not serving as a witness in her case. CBD products sold outside of state-licensed marijuana dispensaries are not yet regulated.
