Terribly slow delivery, it took 2. Warm cookies from the oven-yum!!! I love warm cookies and they were so yummy. We went twice in one day. The concept of this place, I have never heard of before. One can order cookies to their house, business, or even school, and they'll show up pretty quickly.
The cookies themselves are soft, warm, and delicious. The best and only cookie-delivery shop in Springfield! I have been wondering about this place since it came to Springfield so I decided to give it a try after picking up some food for dinner one evening. I went inside and no one greeted me or the people who came in right behind me.
The girl at the counter was counting her drawer. No problem, I get that you have to do that so I checked out the menu. First, the sticker shock was a little much. Your standard cookie "flavors" like sugar and chocolate chip--nothing exciting or even moderately unique. The girl at the counter was still counting her drawer and said, "What would you like? She stops counting and shocker doesn't remember what I ordered. A lady I assume was a manager came over and started filling my order after I said it again.
Then the two of them start having an argument about suspending the counting to put in the order so I could pay. It was a very awkward couple of minutes as they stood there bickering and I stared blankly, wishing now I hadn't even ordered and had just left.
The people who came in behind me had long since gone. Finally, I could pay and be on my way. When I got home, I opened the box and the disappointment continued. I thought they would be nice big cookies, given the price. They tasted fine. Nothing special, nothing unique.
Honestly, they tasted like every other cookie you might get at a sandwich or fast food joint. I really don't know how they have managed to stay in business here with such poor service and ridiculous prices.
Long story short, save your money or go spend it somewhere that you know won't disappoint you! It is a cute little store, the staff is very nice. The cookies are hot and good. You can even get ice cream with it or have it as an ice cream sandwich.

I placed an order for delivery to my client on Wednesday, September 23rd, and they are just being delivered today, September 25th. On Wednesday the delivery guy arrived after office hours and failed to make the delivery. I called back immediately on Thursday morning in order to sort it out and have it delivered. The customer service representative confirmed that a note was sent through the system to the Midtown East location to have the cookies redelivered at pm that same day. Of course, the Midtown East location "missed the note" and I was only made aware when I called customer service for a second time. At this point it was late in the afternoon on Thursday so I told the representative that I needed the cookies to be delivered no later than 5pm.
