We agree that the marketplace is an important source of information which is why we utilize market research in compensation studies to determine what is a competitive and fair wage for each of our positions. We do encourage our employees to utilize the communication channels that we have within the company that afford anonymity to express ideas and concerns.

We do internally post all job openings and prefer to offer new positions to our employees before hiring externally. We encourage you to apply to other job openings that offer compensation that more adequately meets your desired amount of income.

I have seen a lot of people walk thru the doors of Albanese. So they say, you have everything to worry about. Do not point out, So many good people point out for stupid shyt, they are not playing, it dont matter if your the best worker, if you point out, you are gone!. All the rules in the handbook apply, even if you fall asleep standing up. There is a no tolerance policy for that even if you have no points. It dont matter what type of work ethic you have break any of the rules, you are gone.

There is some leeway for those, that's when the favorites come into play. If you go up against a person with disabilities and your just a regular joe off the street who works harder and knows more than the disability person, the disability person stays and your out of a job. Unfortunately I loved my job at one point, but with all the favoritism and being treated like a second class citizen, I gotten tired of eating shyt the last four months.

There was noting I could of said or done because of a little worm and you know who you are took my job away. The worst part about it, I stuck up for the worm too. Yes, in the food industry, there are obviously a lot of rules to ensure the safety of our people, product and customers. Yes, we have a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination of any kind — including people with disabilities. You said that you loved your job at one point, but it sounds like something went wrong somewhere.

As you know, we do not tolerate discrimination of any kind. We investigate every allegation. These kinds of allegations against others are serious and we treat them with the utmost urgency and seriousness.

Sometimes investigations find things that we can act on. We have a very diverse workforce and most the people who work here are friendly and get along very well. In my department, we used to have a supervisor at all times. Additionally, management expects all gummi workers to cross train into our department, even though we are pretty short staffed.

Therefore, it is not a friendly or team-oriented environment , and the main engineer seems clueless on how to troubleshoot the most elementary robots on the planet. Management is lethargic with poor leadership qualities that depend on line leads for everything, and some of them are incapable of speaking clearly!

The enginuity is laughable and the engineering department is a bigger joke. Maintenance is just a team of boneheads that stand around until it's time to inefficiently fix one of the machines.

The people that actually do their jobs well are treated so badly that they're on the verge of quitting. Meanwhile, those that have been there awhile are lazy morons that hate working there. Do not work at this hellacious factory!

I urge you to save your time and energy! Please, work where employees are valued and integrity is exercised. Plenty of overtime. There was no smile or personal greeting, only a perfunctory greeting of "May I help you", etc. Seldom did anyone engage in eye contact or seem to really care if they helped or not, only to assure that the line kept moving and all customers were taken care of. Naturally it was more than I had asked for, not less. I just wonder how much extra this store makes when they sell a greater quantity than what is actually asked for? To request a lessor amount would seem petty so this was not done but one can only imagine the additional sales by increasing the quantity as they do. Perhaps if the young girl had smiled or said thank you in a meaningful way this add-on to my purchase request wouldn't seem so blunt and forced.
