The Bang Candy Co. With flavors such as Chocolate Chile, Orange Ginger Cinnamon and Rose Cardamom, these marshmallows are big, puffy and uniquely delicious. The Nashville-based candy maker got its start in May when owner Sarah Souther had her first taste of a handmade marshmallow. Blown away by the delicious treat, she began experimenting with recipes until she created the Rose Cardamom marshmallow.
