Loved the location of this beautiful hotel! Very friendly and helpful staff. Only thing I would have preferred is having a microwave in the room. The facility was nice. The room view was nice. The location is great and a lot of things are walking distance. We went during the 4th of July weekend and it was so busy with the fair and weddings. We couldn't get an elevator to or from out room a lot of the time, especially in the late evening om. Once we waited about 20 minutes for an elevator to go up to o Once we waited about 20 minutes for an elevator to go up to our room 17 floors and decided to take the stairs because the wait was so long.
I truly enjoyed the spacious room, wonderful whirlpool hot tub and the extremely helpful hotel staff! I would recommend this as a place to stay for the solo traveler, couples or vacationing families!
