As for the product being out of date I do know what I am talking about but the biggest issue is the lack of customer service and how not 1 of my phone calls have been returned at all and still no refund. I was told 7 days ago but only 5 business days that my refund was processed and I still have not received my refund. On our website and the order confirmation emails it states it takes business days to fulfill an order an days for USPS to deliver. We are unable to cancel an order unless it has been delayed.
