As per the email we sent you, it's important to dose the product sublingually and keep track of how much CBD you are taking. Increasing the dosage after one week until finding the right dose for you is normally the way to go. There is no such thing as a standard dosage. There is a start dosage, but every person is different and everybody reacts differently to cannabinoids.
