Following in the footsteps of a number of other national retail chains now selling trendy cannabis wellness products, the Vitamin Shoppe says shoppers in some states will soon be able to buy CBD supplements from their stores. The non-intoxicating cannabis compound CBD is quickly taking over the world of wellness products. These days, shoppers can easily pick up a variety of CBD-infused products not only from their local dispensary, but also from big name drug stores like CVS and even luxury retailers like Barneys. Not wanting to be left behind, supplements retailer Vitamin Shoppe announced that they too will soon being selling CBD products at some of their locations. However, the New Jersey-based retailer is trying to one-up the competitors by offering something they're not: CBD dietary supplements. However, the Vitamin Shoppe says that CBD supplements are something that customers have been asking for, and they don't seem too concerned about potentially violating FDA regulations.
