The latest version contains bug fixes and performance improvements. It was getting late in the afternoon and the delivery was never made. I called and called but was not able to get any answer. I called the main number to only get disconnected when I tried getting ahold of a customer service rep. I entered into a chat with a rep and received nothing but double talk. Even though my order was placed far enough in advance and the payment was charged against my account, I received no delivery whatsoever.
I tried calling the next day to only get the same thing as the previous day. I find Edible Arrangements is a big rip off.
They ruined a special day for a very special person. I drove to the store location which was only 2 miles from the delivery address to find no one there. I would not trust Edible Arrangements to do nothing but take your money leaving you high and dry. No customer service and absolutely no service at all. Easy to use but as the day of delivery was winding down I called to check on the status of my order and they could not find my order even though I was giving them the order number.
The store clerk then asked how I placed my order. With the edible app I said, she was then able to find the order. Instead of a happy surprise this wonderful lady received one more let down at my expense. I needed a birthday gift to be delivered in a hurry since I had forgotten to send something to my wife at her work.
