On social media, more than one person used the hashtag disgusting to describe the sweet and sour treat. Instagram user SoCalSnackHunters said that they were "greeted with the funkiest bitter aftertaste" by the gummy pickles, mentioning that the flavor "doesn't go away after you eat it. I open the bag and yup already off the bat I can smell that sourness.. I'm not gonna lie, I was scared. We both tried a slice of it and let me tell you..
