My experience with Aromalnad has been awful. I called the company several days after my purchase to inquiry about expected delivery since I did not receive an email. I spoke with Erica informed me my items was on hold and she could not say when they would be dispensed.
I asked to speak with a manager after several phone conversation with Erica. That was two weeks ago and I have yet to receive a response via email or by phone.
I request to have my order cancelled, Erica ensured me she will do it by the end of the business. Yet, again I have not received any notification. Aromaland lack of communication and poor customer service is completely unacceptable. As I informed Erica, the items purchased was needed for a huge vending event I will be attending on Saturday.
I have been going back and forth with this company for 2 weeks. I will not be spending my money with this company. I will inform my associates to do the same. Read More. I have purchased several items from Aromaland on July 26, I have not received any form of communication stating my order was processed, items was on back order, or confirmation of order. I have reached out to the company on several different occasions, including sending a email to discuss my concerns. I asked to speak with supervisor, I still have not received a response. The receptionist Erica was little to no help and cannot give me a clear explanation of what is going on with my order.
